I’m proud to be part of the senior support team here at FastComet. These days, I’m primarily responsible for supervising our fantastic team, making sure they have the resources and guidance they need while addressing client requests. I’ve been with FastComet for over five years now, and it’s honestly like a second home. I’ve grown so much here, both professionally and personally. I love the challenge of turning a frustrating problem into a victory for our clients. Every resolved ticket is a case closed, and every satisfied client is a success story. Plus, guiding the team and tackling more complex requests adds an extra layer of excitement. It’s the combination of solving puzzles, helping people conquer their digital challenges, and contributing to a team dedicated to excellence that makes my role so exhilarating.

When I’m off the clock, you’ll find me hitting the gym to stay fit and energized. I also cherish spending time with my girlfriend, family, and friends, which keeps me grounded and happy. I have a deep love for tech gadgets and enjoy staying informed about the latest releases and innovations in the tech world. I find it fascinating to keep up-to-date with new developments and see how they can enhance our daily lives. Additionally, I enjoy traveling, discovering new places, and experiencing different cultures. Seeing, touching, and tasting all that the world has to offer is a thrilling adventure that broadens my horizons and inspires me.

Teodor, What is Your Biggest Professional or Personal Goal For This Year?

Professionally, my biggest goal for this year is to further improve my skills and obtain new certifications to enhance my expertise. I also aim to develop new tools and strategies to boost our support team’s efficiency and client satisfaction. On a more personal note, I look forward to creating lasting memories with my loved ones.

Have You Ever Made a Hilarious Typo With a Customer?

Oh, yes. I have this fond memory from the very beginning when a client reached out, and my mind was so focused on his request that I accidentally added an “A” to the end of his first name when writing a reply back, making it seem like he was “Mrs.” instead of “Mr.” Luckily, he had a great sense of humor. In his next reply, he playfully returned the favor by adding an “A” to my name and called me “Teodora.” We both had a good laugh about it, and it turned into a lighthearted moment that made the whole exchange so enjoyable!

What’s the Weirdest Technical Question You’ve Ever Been Asked?

The weirdest technical question I’ve ever been asked was about the type of graphics cards our servers use. I had to explain that our hosting solutions are designed for different purposes and don’t require GPUs. It was an amusing conversation that highlighted how diverse and interesting our clients’ inquiries can be.

What’s Your Favorite Part About Working From Anywhere?

The best part about working remotely is the flexibility it offers. I love being able to work from anywhere, which allows me to spend more time with family and friends. It also gives me the freedom to create a comfortable and personalized work environment that boosts my productivity. Plus, working near my cat is a bonus – she’s a great (if occasionally distracting) colleague!
