The technical service was simply great and fast. Even too fast! I started working on my new website on my vacation time, during the Christmas time, and I was assisted on a weekend evening during that period. I thought it was crazy when the customer service answered on the chat me instantly!

I took advantage of your support and I must say, it is the perfect one. It is very fast, servers reliability is incredible and dedicated servers are setup and configured very quickly. Honestly, you are particularly good for small and big websites!

And they are patient, even when the problem was caused by something I did wrong. I haven’t needed them much lately because my site has been created and things are running smoothly now, but it’s great to know they are there to answer my questions.

FastComet never made me feel silly for asking questions and provided great resources to help me understand how to attract more people to my site. I was able to have complete creative control without being overwhelmed with too many question or options. Whenever I had a question or issue, I received a prompt reply with a solution! I can’t say enough good things!

I've had my Moodle site on FastComet for right at a year now. If it was not for their technical support I'm not sure what I would have done. I'm sure my lack of technical knowledge has tried their patience, but they have always responded to my questions within the promised 10 minutes, and have resolved every problem I've had, even though the issue was from my Moodle, and not them. I highly recommend FastComet.

FastComet is a reasonably priced, customer service focused SSD host. We are incredibly happy with them. They respond sometimes within minutes of a technical support request. We were looking for a new e-commerce web host when we stumbled across FastComet. The pricing of the dedicated servers caught our eye and after two lengthy and detailed communication, we took the plunge. Being total novices the technical support is very thorough and all our questions were answered. By far the most impressive part of the service was the fact they have been working 24/7 throughout the Christmas period including Christmas day itself.

So far the best hosting company I've ever used is FastComet. And the best technical and customer support ever. I recommend FastComet to everyone I know around, really. I've been using them for nearly a year now, and I never had any problems so far. I have used FastComet for under a month and they have assisted my successfully several times going above and beyond to help me fix my Oxwall service when I made mistakes and were very helpful at times when it was not their responsibility to do so. Fastcomet is the most reliable option. I haven't faced any downtime or load speed issues. The best part is their customer support team. They know what they're talking about. Great price and even better service. as a small business ecommerce operator having a team like fastcomet keeps me in a position to hang with the 'big boys' and offer an amazing user experience. Daily backup of site just saved my backside when site content started crashing out of nowhere and the checkout gateways had all stopped working. faster than i could figure out where to start looking for a solution they were able to restore the backup and have me up and running again!
