How to Manage Shipping Methods in X-Cart

This tutorial will review the shipping methods available on your X-Cart website and how to manage them.
First, you need to access your X-Cart website as administrator. Click on the Store Setup button and then Shipping.
Click on the Add Shipping Method button to create a new one. Enter the name of the new shipping method and then click on the Save button to complete the process.
Click on the Add Rates button next to the new shipping method to configure it.
Edit the new shipping rules and click on the Add button. Note that you can enter multiple shipping rules for different continents, etc.
To manipulate the existing shipping methods on your website, you need to access the Shipping manager again from the Store Setup menu. From the list of available shipping methods, you have the following options:
- Disable: To disable a shipping method, click on the button on it's left.
- Edit Rates: To edit the existing rates for a shipping method or add new ones, you can click on the Edit Rates button next to it.
- Delete: To delete an existing shipping method, simply click on the trash button next to it.
