It is always unpleasant when a user leaves your website. However, this can provide valuable information on what you should work on in order to improve your website and avoid such cancellations in the future. When a user decides to cancel his account on your PHPFox Neutron website, there is a list of pre-defined reasons from which he can choose at the time of the cancellation. In this tutorial we will show you how to edit existing cancellation reasons and add custom ones.
To edit an existing cancellation reason you will need to login to your admin dashboard, click on the Cancellation Options section in the Settings menu located on your main panel.
Here you can see all of the current cancellation reasons. Hit the drop-down arrow corresponding to the reason you want to edit and select the Edit Reason option.
Now you can edit the cancellation reason and the status of the reason.
Click the Submit button to save the change.
To create a new cancellation reason navigate to the Cancellation options menu and hit the New Option button located at the top right corner of the page.
