How to Publish Articles in Joomla

This tutorial reviews the process of publishing an existing article on your Joomla website. For example, if you have a number of Editors and they submit articles to your website, the Publisher will review them, edit if necessary and then publish those articles so they become visible on your website. To do so, you need at least a Publisher access to your Joomla installation.
User types

You need to log into your website as Publisher and locate the article that you wish to edit. Click on the Option icon at the top-right corner of the article and then Edit.
Edit the following options:
- Editor - This tab allows you to enter a title of the new article as well as it's body or content. You can also submit all kinds of media to the new article.
- Publishing - Select the category of the new article, tags, notes, etc.
- Language - Select the language of the new article.
- Metadata - Edit the metadata for the new article for SEO purposes.
Select the Publishing tab and set the status of the article to Published.
Click on the Save button at the top to keep the changes.
