How to Submit a Withdrawal of Consent

The Withdrawal of Consent option allows each client to withdraw their consent to some or all of the Terms of Service to which they have previously agreed.
In order to submit such a request, you need to follow some quick steps:
- Log in to your account on my.fastcomet.com;
- Click on the ""Hello, Client's name" drop-down in the upper right corner, and select Privacy Settings.
- To proceed with the Withdrawal of Consent, you need to click on the Privacy Settings option on the next page.
- Once you are redirected to the next page, scroll down to see the Consent Management Decisions through where you can execute your right of Withdrawal of Consent.
- To submit your Withdrawal of Consent request, you just need to click on the toggle button next to Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.
- When you click on the toggle button next to Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you will be prompted with a warning, and to enter the Master Password for your account, and you will be able to proceed with the changes.
Keep in mind that such actions will result in the cancellation of your services with FastComet, so as soon as you submit the request, a ticket will be opened with the Billing Team. A representative from the Billing Department will then review your request and assist you accordingly.
