The email you have received is an automated email, sent by the system and has a solely informative purpose.
If you have a hosting plan with us and a free domain along with it (0.00USD renewal price), that domain will renew free of charge.
If your hosting plan and domain have the same due date, they will be merged under one Invoice and once you pay for the hosting plan in that Invoice, your domain will be renewed for free along with it.
In the cases when your domain has a different due date from your hosting plan, but the hosting plan is paid already, the domain will renew automatically, without any need of action from your side, should its renewal price is set to 0.00USD.
